Slow Cooker Pork Chops In Mushroom Sauce


  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops (Or A Thick Sliced Pork Chops With Bone)
  • 1 Tray White Mushrooms
  • 2 Cans Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Water
  • 2 Large Russett Potatoes
  • 2 Round Onions

  • slice potatoes long ways, thick slices (add to crock pot)

    rise pork chops with water

    sprinkle salt & pepper lightly and coat pork chops with flour.

    fry on medium high heat in oiled frying pan about (3 tbs oil)

    cook until chops are golden brown, don’t have to cook well, just to brown! (add to crock pot)

    slice onions thickly and add to pot with rest of ingredients (mushrooms, soup water)

    slow cook on high 4 hrs or until chops are soft-tender or on low 8-9 hrs.
