Salmon Furikake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Lb* Fillet Atlantic Salmon **i use larger salmon when crystal comes over. cooking time is the same.
  • 4-5 Tbs Yoshida Sauce (Or Mix 2 Tbs Sugar, 2 Tbs Shoyu, 1 Tbs Mirin)
  • Furikake Sprinkle On Salmon
  • Squeeze Mayo-Wasabi Container And Line Salmon 3 Rows Long Ways
  • Squeeze ½ Lemon On Salmon (To Taste)

  • place salmon on aluminum foiled 9x13 pan (oiled). add ingredients on salmon and bake uncovered.

    325° for 20 mins

    comes out perfectly cooked.
