Haruko's Fried Chicken


  • 8 Chicken Thighs
  • 1 Box Shake & Bake (Chicken Or Pork)
  • Flour
  • Garlic Salt & Pepper
  • Oil For Frying

  • rinse chicken thighs, remove skin and fat, sprinkle salt lightly on both side of chicken, place chicken in pot. sprinkle pepper on chicken pieces. add flour & shake & bake. 2-1 ratio - 6tbs flour to 3tbs shake & bake or just approx. coat chicken pieces in pot.

    add oil in pan to cover pan, i use lots of oil to fry. drop coated chicken pieces in pan and fry both sides until brown not cooked - (med high). place fried chicken in oiled 9x13 pan. bake 350° for 35-40mins uncovered.
