Crystal's Crepes


  • 1 C Flour
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ⅔ C Milk
  • ⅔ C Water
  • 2 Tbs Melted Butter

  • mix flour and salt in medium bowl. add rest of ingredients and whisk until smooth.

    use small teflon-coated pan lightly oiled on medium heat.

    pour 4 tbs mixture using regular everyday tbs. heat about 40 secs, then flip over and cook for about 30 secs. makes about 15 thin crepes.

    eat with jam, jelly or choco syrup or etc. or slice bananas (thickly) and fry in frying pan. add some butter in pan, place sliced bananas and brown sugar (to taste) and cook until sugar melts.
